Performance of the board of directors

To implement corporate governance and enhance the function of the company's directors, and to establish performance targets to improve the efficiency of the board of directors' operations, the company conducts annual performance evaluations, including evaluations of the entire board, individual board members, and relevant functional committees, in accordance with the "Board of Directors Performance Evaluation Regulations."
